After I was rear-ended, not badly but very scarily, a friend took me out to my car, sat me in the driver’s seat, and imaginatively walked me back through the experience of seeing the approaching car in the rear view mirror. I re-experienced with his soothing witnessing presence, the fear as I realized what was about to happen. I shook and shivered, I said out loud, “oh, no, what am I going to do?”, I cried, and then I laughed. Then I went to my chiropractor who said, “What did you do? Your neck has healed remarkably since I saw you last week.” I loved your healing stories. Thanks
