I’ve lived in Southern California all my life and have suffered trauma from earthquakes myself. (Nothing of the magnitude in Haiti.) Every once in awhile, I see a client who has also gone through an earthquake and have used the SE approach to good effect. But I never thought of using “Push Hands.” I’m so glad to know about this.
