We are excited to announce a new strategic and technological upgrade. It is a new system called Fonteva! It will support SEI\u2019s goal to steward thriving somatic healing communities around the globe that deliver SE education. How SEI Will Support Data Updates in the New Portal<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

SEI\u2019s new online portal has launched\u00a0\u2014 your single digital home for events, memberships, directories, our new e-store, community connections, and, down the line, much more.\u00a0We want to share how\u00a0you\u2019ll\u00a0interact with your data in the new system.\u00a0Please read this information carefully, as it\u00a0contains\u00a0important information\u00a0about timing!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Why Some of Your Data May Look Incomplete at First<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our database includes more than\u00a085,000 people\u00a0\u2014\u00a0more than\u00a030 years of trauma\u2011healing work \u2014 and our community continues to grow every day. SEI also receives training data from more than 80 organizers worldwide, often through spreadsheets and other tools. We also connect with the international SE community through the Peter Demo Library and the Practitioner Directory.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

These systems were never fully unified, even though our staff worked diligently to keep them aligned.\u00a0Now, with the new portal, all of this information is being integrated into one secure database.\u00a0This is a major step forward, but it also means some data may need to be reconnected.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Like most databases, our system\u00a0identifies\u00a0each person by their primary email address. If\u00a0you've\u00a0used multiple email addresses\u2014or if we\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0have your current one\u2014you may notice missing information when you first log in.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Don't\u00a0worry \u2014 your data\u00a0likely exists\u00a0in our records, but it may not yet be linked to your account. Once we verify your current email,\u00a0we\u2019ll\u00a0be able to reconnect everything.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When to Submit a Request for Help<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You can\u00a0submit\u00a0a request at any time, but SEI will begin responding to certain types of requests after the dates listed below. If we can respond sooner, we will update the community. Our team will be working hard to keep things running smoothly as you engage with the new portal.\u00a0Our new Constituent Request Form has a new category for data issues.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
