The review period ended on December 14, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The ethics and standards provisions will be accompanied by a Grievance Policy, proscribing the establishment and authority of an independent Ethics Committee and how grievances may be filed in alignment with the SE Institute Code of Ethics.  An amended Whistleblower policy was also approved by the Board and will be made available for community access.  The search for members of the Ethics Committee will begin later this month.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis is a significant milestone in the history of our organization,\u201d<\/em> says Rebecca Stahl, chair of the SE Institute Board.  \u201cIt has been a work in progress for several years by volunteers in our community who are devoted to enhancing the quality and professionalism of
