Are you passionate about strengthening the global SE\u2122 community?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Global Culture Committee of Somatic Experiencing\u00ae International (SEI) is inviting applications for a two-year membership term (2026\u20132028).<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The committee partners with the SEI Board of Directors to help cultivate a more globally connected, culturally responsive, and collaborative organization. Together, organizers, assistants, faculty, staff, board members, and community leaders work to strengthen SEI's impact worldwide.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Today, our committee includes members with lived experience from Kenya, South Korea, Colombia, Nigeria, the United States, and Aotearoa (New Zealand)<\/strong>. Together, we've helped advance initiatives such as:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u2714 Language & Translation<\/strong> \u2014 Piloting multilingual programs and expanding translated training resources.<\/p>\n

\u2714 Global Access<\/strong> \u2014 Improving the accessibility and affordability of SE resources while supporting communities during times of crisis.<\/p>\n

\u2714 Growing New SE Communities<\/strong> \u2014 Supporting emerging regions and helping organizers introduce Somatic Experiencing\u00ae to new communities.<\/p>\n

\u2714 International Connection<\/strong> \u2014 Strengthening communication and collaboration across SEI's global network.<\/p>\n
