Group therapy is one of the most powerful therapies in the world today.
Individual therapy lets you gain insight into why others affects you the way they do. Group therapy allows you to gain insight into how YOU affect others. It helps you develop your social techniques and allows you to share experiences and feel more “part of” in society. This gives you a sense of belonging. The group is a safe place to ‘test out’ new ways of being and illustrates which of your behaviours are unhelpful in everyday relationships. Seeing others coping and recovering allows you to see there is hope and that change is possible for you too. Interacting with the members and receiving other member’s and the therapist’s feedback helps you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

Groups are held locally and consist of between 5 and 9 people. Cost is £25 per session.
